Overview
The Renfrew County Real Estate Board (RCREB) is a trade association established in 1975, representing approximately 160 registered Brokers and Salespersons in the Renfrew County area. The market has demonstrated positive momentum, with the Board reporting its highest September for MLS® home sales since 2021. In September 2025, home sales reached 139 units, an increase of 9.4% from the same month the previous year. The average price of homes sold in that month was $468,136, reflecting a 1% year-over-year increase. On an annual basis, 2024 concluded with 1,518 units sold at an average price of $470,986. Looking forward, the RCREB is part of a significant regional initiative, having tentatively approved an integration with four other Eastern Ontario real estate boards. This move aims to unify over 5,200 REALTORS®, creating a more influential organization with enhanced resources and services for its members.
